Process of Filing Complaint
The Students who wish to file complaint shall follow the below mentioned procedure to get their issues resolved:-

Step 1
(a) Fill up Online Grievance Form
(b) Download Offline Grievance Form :

  • Deposit written complaint in the Complaint Box placed outside Principal Chamber
  • Separate Complaint Box for girls “Sakhi” is placed outside WDC Room (2nd Floor, Room No. 211)

Step 2. The Meeting of GRC will be held periodically.
Step 3. Personal hearing will be held in the GRC meeting (Parents will be called in the meeting if required )
Step 4. The action in this regard will be intimated within 2 working days.
Note : College has a special help line for Girls under the name “JATAYU” which is available 24 X 7 for Girls of the College
