- Deposit written complaint in the Complaint Box placed outside Principal Chamber
- Separate Complaint Box for girls “Sakhi” is placed outside WDC Room (2nd Floor, Room No. 211)
- Step 2 – The Meeting of GRC will be held periodically.
- Step 3 – Personal hearing will be held in the GRC meeting (Parents will be called in the meeting if required )
- Step 4 – The action in this regard will be intimated within 2 working days.
