About ICC
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Achievers College of Commerce and Management is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act. The committee is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff.
The primary objective of the ICC is to prevent, prohibit, and redress complaints related to sexual harassment within the college premises. The committee ensures confidentiality, fairness, and sensitivity while addressing complaints and follows a transparent inquiry process as prescribed by law.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) – Academic Year 2025-2026
The following members shall constitute the Internal Complaints Committee for the Academic Year 2025-2026:

The Committee shall work strictly as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 and the University Grants Commission Circular according to Clause 4 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6). Further, the Committee is directed to follow Clause 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the UGC Regulations.
