Since inception of the College in the year 2013, the College could not hold any of the Workshop, Seminar or Conferences of District, State, National or International Level. All teachers being newly entered in the Teaching profession nobody was exposed to lead such events in the past. After shifting the College to new building, IQAC was formed. The committee in its meetings and deliberations had decided to inculcate research culture in the College. The action plan was drawn and proposal was discussed in the meeting of CDC. Special Budgetary provision was made for the Conferences and Workshop Activities in the following nature:-

In view of the continuous efforts of the IQAC supported by the Teaching and Support staffs under the able guidance of Principal and Chairman number of International, National level Conferences/ Seminars are organised. Further IQAC has successfully organised many workshops for the students at various level.
Due to the series of activities organised and its successful management the College has become popular in its vicinity in very short period of time. The professionally managed such activities were appreciated by the stalwarts in the profession. A note of this was taken by the leading news papers by publishing the news.
Being new and night college, it has to appoint the teachers being newly entered in the Teaching profession. These new teachers are recently post graduated and nobody is exposed to research activities in the past. The Parent University grants funds to the teachers who are permanent/ approved or teachers teaching in the aided section of the colleges.
The College IQAC suggested that the College shall earmark some funds and grant funds to the teachers to carryout Minor Research Projects.
Provision of budget for research activities: The Research Promotion Committee prepared a proposal in this regard. After discussions of IQAC members with Principal and members of CDC the funds were allocated. During the academic year IQAC invited Research proposals from the Faculty members and after scrutiny the following Staff members were allotted the funds for Minor Research Projects with an amount of Rs. 10,000/- each to be spent as follows:
