Dr. (CA) Mahesh Bhiwandikar is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a long teaching experience of 31 years in the subject of Accountancy. He has worked at K. M. Agrawal College, Kalyan, which is affiliated to University of Mumbai. He is also the Principal of Achievers College of Commerce and Management (Night Degree College) and initiator of Achievers High Public School & Junior College, Achievers Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship. He has been awarded Ph.D. for his research on “Mergers and Acquisitions of Urban Co-operative Banks in Maharashtra”. He is Ph.D. Guide in the subject of Accountancy at University of Mumbai and Pacific University, Udaipur. Two students are awarded with Ph.D. and four students are perusing Ph.D. under his able guidance. He has six minor Research Projects at his credit. He has presented Research Papers at  42 Research Conferences and 38 Papers are published in renowned Journals. He is member Board of Studies of University of Mumbai and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. He is a Consultant to many small scale industries, sole proprietors and business houses. He is also an auditor to many Schools, educational institutes, Co-operative Credit Societies, Housing Societies and Banks. He has visited UK, Sri lanka, Maldives, Malaysia, Dubai, South Africa, Indonesia, Japan, Norway and Bhutan. His areas of expertise are Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Entrepreship
